Nicolas qualified in 2004 from the University of Liège (Belgium). After completed a year of rotating internship in Centre Hospitalier Vétérinaire Frégis (Paris, France), he started a three-year clinical training scholarship (residency) in veterinary anaesthesia and perioperative intensive care at the Animal Health Trust (Newmarket, UK) in September 2005. He then worked as a consultant anaesthesiologist in a small animal referral centre (Dick White Referrals, Six mile Bottom UK) while passing his European diploma in Anaesthesiology and Analgesia in 2009. In 2010 he went back to France where he founded the first French Veterinary Group “Mon Véto” and now manages 238 vet practices (1200+ employees) all over France and Belgium. Now that he is back in France, and aside anaesthesia consulting, he is responsible for the medical standard of practice of the group Mon Véto (Chief Medical Officer). He is also interested in the management of human resources and is responsible for the continuous education of the vets and nurses staff of “Mon Véto”.
